The nucleic acid of pig anal swabs and whole blood samples were extracted by three extraction kits from Zybio, manufacturer A and manufacturer B. The qPCR results of testing extracted nucleic acid showed that both RNA and DNA virus can be high-quality obtained by Zybio reagent, which has higher sensitivity and better repeatability than products of the other manufacturer.
Better compatibility
The animal whole blood, serum, nasal/pharyngeal swabs, anal swabs, fecal samples, saliva swabs and environmental samples were respectively collected for comprehensive experiments, it was found that compared with A and B manufacturers' nuclear extraction kits, Zybio kit could be better compatible with various sample types.
