Quality is our promise to our customers. We send service engineers
in your country to serve you. In case of an unexpected malfunction,
we are right by your side via Mobile phone, E-mail, Wechat, Whatsapp,
Skype, Viber etc.


Zybio promises to reply and give support to our partner within 1 working
day once the complaint is filed.

Warranty

Zybio offers a 12-month warranty for all warranted products (reagent and disposables are excluded) with free service for defects in design, material and workmanship.

This warranty shall not extend to:

  • Malfunction or damage caused by improper use or man-made failure.
  • Malfunction or damage caused by unstable or out-of-range power input.
  • Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure such as fire and earthquake.
  • Malfunction or damage caused by improper operation or repair by unqualified or unauthorized service people.
  • Malfunction of the instrument or part whose serial number is not legible enough.
  • Others not caused by instrument or part itself.

Training

We will provide our distributors with free training project which should be performed in Zybio office.
Zybio will also offer further support to our distributors by e-mail, MSN, Skype or fax.

Zybio also offers on-line training through internet and regular on-site training to improve service capability of our distributors to
support end-user more efficiently and professionally.
