The identification accuracy of FA-sandwich was 97.29% (at genus level) and 92.79% (at species level), and the identification accuracy of dispersion method was 96.39% (at genus level) and 91.89% (at species level). Compared with the ethanol formic acid extraction method, the dispersion method and FA sandwich method features simpler operation. In particular, the FA sandwich method can greatly simplify the clinical operation and is easy to use.
